Spells for Real Estate: Foreclosure Auction Sales

Magic has been around for centuries, and it just happens to be that many of its spells surround what we now call the real estate business. Although there is still a brisk trade in spells to help you find love and cure warts, there are also a lot to choose from in buying a home, even if it’s through a foreclosure auction sale. Most of these spells can be modified to meet your needs or religious beliefs.

St. Joseph’s Spell

Most people looking to get out of a looming foreclosure auction sale opt to sell the home before the proceedings are complete. This still means you lose your home, but if you have no other choice it is preferable to a foreclosure which will leave you in debt for years to come. If you are desperate to find the perfect buyer before it is too late, you may consider that some people believe burying a small statue of the Catholic saint of home life (St. Joseph) facing head down somewhere near the home will bring buyers in quickly.

You can pray to St. Joseph, anoint the statue with holy water or give some money to charity during the burial process – it really doesn’t matter. In order to get the Saint to help you in your foreclosure auction sale problems, you need to be sincere and you need to be looking for another place to live. You can’t expect even St. Joseph to do all of your work for you.

How to Use Sigils

When you are placing a bid on a foreclosure auction sale you are of course wanting to win the property.  One way to insure this luck is to make a sigil. Sigils have been used for centuries for just about anything you want. They still work today, in the way that any lucky charm brings you luck.

It is believed that because you make the sigils yourself, it adds energy that gives life to your desire. This is something that could occupy your hands and maybe a part of your mind while anxiously waiting for the government foreclosure auction to occur, if nothing else.

If you have a particular foreclosure auction sale in mind, you can make sigil by drawing a symbol of that home.  Make this symbol in any way you like out of any materials you like. It can be as simple markers and construction paper. Keep your sigil close at hand when you go to the foreclosure auction sale and store it in the meantime along with any paperwork for the property. For bids placed over the telephone, make sure to just hold it in your other hand while you place your winning bid.
