No need to even buy the clubs with Tiger Woods golf on the Wii
As long as the game is nt Tiger Woods 09 as that game is quite possibly the worst game of the entire series. A good game on the other two consoles of the generation the 360 and the PS3, it still only applies to the people who enjoy sport games over the shooters and role playing ones. However even I will be purchasing the new Tiger Woods 10. Why is this? It’s certainly not because I’m saving money on electric golf trolleys that’s for sure. The great Nintendo motion sensing technolgy wasn't as great as it was expected to be and although great for kids it does get in the way of devlopers making half decent games for it. Now Nintendo have let their fans down a lot over the last couple of years with their useless family games that really do not appeal to the fans at all but, with the new MotionPlus part that connects to the bottom of the Wii remote the games will actually start to respond in the way that it should.
When the weather is grim and there is no way that you are going to be able to get out and play on the local course all you have to do is turn the Wii on and you can get going without even having to brave any of the weather. As well as this it adds realism to people who don’t like golf and they get to experience how difficult the game actually is, or supposed to be anyway.
There are defiantly going to be a boost on sales of this game on the Wii this year that is almost certain. Many people who are rubbish at the sport including myself can find that this is easier to use and even if you still fail at least it is in the safety of your living room and not in the middle of the golf course. A great bonus to having this game is that you can swear and shout as loud as you want without the worry of someone kicking you of the course for being too loud! Back in the summer I was helping out the greenkeepers of a local golf course and there is no way watching someone miss their ball on the Wii is going to be quite the same as it was in real life but still it will help to improve the way you swing at the ball as well as hand eye co-ordination.
The best thing of all is that you no longer have to charge golf batteries up, just walk into the room, pick up the remote and have a game!
