It’s Possible To Find Your Favorite Animated Movie Stars In Southern California
Recently I’ve had the chance to visit some of the great theme parks in Southern California. Between them all, you can immerse yourself in the world of a bunch of your favorite TV and movie characters.
The first place we think of is Disneyland, the hangout for Mickey, Donald and all their buddies. If you’d like some good information about planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort, check out the SoCal Vacation Guru. Nobody has done a better job of breathing life into fictional characters than the Disney folks.
Knott’s Berry Farm is not far from Disneyland, and you can continue your movie star hunt by visiting Snoopy and the rest of the Peanuts clan. The Peanuts guys have been at Knott’s Berry Farm for quite awhile now and seem to feel at home there.
Universal Studios up in Hollywood would be a good next stop in your vacation, where you can chill with the likes of Homer Simpson, the Flintstones and Rubbles, Betty Boop and Spiderman. You can find some good details about Universal Studios Hollywood from the SoCal Vacation Guru.
The final stop in the character caravan would be up I-5 an hour or so, to Six Flags Magic Mountain. The Six Flags roller coasters seem to be the biggest draw to the park for most visitors. As soon as you get inside, you realize that the place is run by the Looney Tunes characters from the Warner Brothers cartoons.
Keep your eyes peeled for Daffy Duck, Bugs Bunny, Sylvester, Yosemite Sam and the rest, as they sign autographs at certain designated spots. The childrens’ area has attractions centered around these whacky celebrities, which is a nice break from the thrill rides that dominate the place. The characters are very charming and are pretty easy to find around the mountain.
