FREE Turbulece Training Tips To Shed Your Body Fat!

Just read Craig Ballantyne Turbulence Training - it does open up your eyes to the way you should workout.

What most people are doing wrong at the gym are -

  • Working out on some fancy equipment that are long, slow boring cardios;
  •

  • Using very light weights (especially women) that will not NOT make a difference to your weight
  •

  • And believing that the longer you spend time at the gym, the more calories you’ll burn!
  •

WRONG!

All of the above poiunts are really a waste of your time and effort!

In order to lose your gut, this is how to lose body fat and build muscle ==>

  1. When strength training, consider compound movements -you blast more calories. By focusing on sets of multi-joint exercises like squats, lunges and bench presses as opposed to isolation exercises like the bicep curls and crunches. The more muscle mass involved, the higher the calorie burn. And it is also a matter of intensity. You’re going to burn more on the bench press than you can with bicep curls. Using isolation exercises to trim a particular body part doesn’t work, so performing hundreds of crunches won’t reduce belly fat. doing those crunches in addition to compounds movements, cardio, clean eating and a calorie deficit will reduce body fat cells, not just the abdominal area.
  2.

  3. Cardio Workout, the Interval method. This is a mix of high intensity training and low intensity training. That means alternating between bursts of activity and fixed periods of less intense activity, or even complete rest. In fact, you can achieve more progress in a mere 15 minutes of interval training (done 3 times a week) than the guy grinding away on the treadmill for an hour! It’s one of the best ways to torch your body fat.
  4.

  5. Get a workout partner to keep you accountable
  6.

  7. Eat ealthy and eat sensibly to fuel your body with proper nutrition!
  8.

  9. And when you combine point 1 and point 2 - not only will you save time away from home and work - you’ll burn more calories than the standard cardio.
  10.

Turbulence Training has great time saving workouts, especially when it comes to strength training, it combines upper and lower body workouts, that will work your entire core - the key to a stronger, leaner body!
